Looking for a healthy breastfeeding diet to lose a few pounds without giving up breastfeeding? We see too many moms feel that they need to wean their little ones into order to lose a few pounds!

If your baby is a little older and is no longer exclusively breastfeeding, Medifast has now adapted their diet for nursing moms.
